Your Digital Business Card
One of the first webpages I created was more than 10 years ago.
I created a simple one-page website to use as my digital business card.
Instead of constantly updating and sending a traditional resume, I could simply send people a link.
They could immediately see information about my experience, the buildings I had worked in, photographs and explanations of what I had actually done.
At one interview, I was asked for my resume.
Instead, I sent the client a link to my A1 On Site Managers webpages.
He opened the webpage on his laptop in front of me, spent a short time looking through it and then said:
“You sure do know what you’re doing.”
He offered me the position immediately.
That experience reinforced something I had already learned through years of working with customers, businesses and the Management Rights industry:
Clear information, presented in the right way, can create opportunities.
That is one of the reasons I developed Affordable Sales Webpages.
I know from experience that a webpage does not have to be large or complicated to be useful.
Sometimes you simply need a well-structured place to present the right information clearly.
What is an Affordable Sales Webpage?
An Affordable Sales Webpage is a professionally designed, single-purpose webpage created around a particular message, promotion or outcome.
It can be used by individuals and businesses to promote products, services, properties, events, opportunities and much more.
These are not large, complex websites.
They are practical digital promotion tools designed to make information easier to present, easier to share and easier for people to act on.
Each page can be:
- Designed around your specific purpose
- Structured to present the information clearly
- Focused on the action you want people to take
- Published with its own unique web address
- Shared by email, social media, QR code, printed material or directly with customers
- Ready to use without the complexity of managing a large website
The aim is simple:
Give people the information they need, in a format that is easy to understand and easy to act on.
For some businesses, that may be enough to support a particular promotion without building an entire website.
For others, it can provide a useful landing page, digital information page, property presentation or online profile that works alongside an existing website.
The best way to understand what an Affordable Sales Webpage can do is to look at some real examples.
Examples
Property Promotion Example
A focused property presentation created to provide detailed information about a property and make it easy for potential buyers to explore.
Unit 13 Summit Apartments FOR SALE
Unit 13 Summit Apartments is a focused property presentation created to provide interstate buyers with detailed information about a property in Airlie Beach, Queensland, close to the Whitsunday Islands.
Rather than trying to put everything onto one page, the information was organised into three connected webpages:
The Complex
Information about Summit Apartments, the Airlie Beach region and the benefits of the location.
The Unit
Information about the property itself and its features and benefits.
The Sales Process
Information explaining how the sales process worked, including an Offer and Acceptance form.
The result was a simple online presentation that could be sent directly to potential buyers.
Example: Digital Business Profile
A professional webpage used to bring together experience, information and supporting material in one place that can be shared instantly online.
A1 On Site Managers
Some of the webpages:
Home Page
Reference Page
Testimonial Page
Purpose: Present the experience and capabilities of Steve and Sharleen Reynolds in a way that could be easily shared with prospective employers and businesses.
Solution: Use website technology to bring together information, photographs and practical experience gained from operating and working in Management Rights businesses.
Result: A digital resume and reference resource that could be shared instantly online rather than repeatedly sending a traditional document.

Example: QR Code Landing Page
A simple, focused webpage designed to connect a QR code with useful information and a clear next step.
QR Magic Online
This Sales Webpage was created as a focused landing page to promote the sale of QR Codes.
Someone scanning a QR code could be taken directly to the relevant information rather than having to search for it.
The same approach can be used for many different purposes.
A QR code on a sign, brochure, business card, vehicle, property advertisement or printed document can take someone directly to a webpage containing the information you want them to see.

How I Create Your Sales Webpage
You do not need to know how to build a website.
What I need from you is an understanding of:
- What you are promoting
- Who you want to reach
- What makes your offer worthwhile
- The information you want people to know
- The action you want people to take
One page may be enough.
The more useful information you can provide, however, the better I can understand what you are trying to achieve and structure the webpage around it.
I can work with the information you already have, help you decide what needs to be included, and organise it into a clear and practical webpage.
The process is designed to be straightforward.
You provide the information.
We work out what the webpage needs to achieve.
I structure and build the webpage around that purpose.
You receive a professional online page that you can use and share.
And you are not locked into one way of working with me.
Depending on what you need, I can:
Work with you to develop and set up the webpage so you understand how it works.
Show you how to manage it yourself so you can make future changes and use the system independently.
Or do the work for you if you would rather have someone else handle the setup.
The objective is not to make you dependent on me.
It is to give you a practical online resource that does the job it was created to do.
Why I Do This
I have spent many years working directly with customers, businesses, residents, owners, committees and Management Rights operations.
That experience has taught me that good communication is rarely about simply putting more information in front of people.
It is about understanding what they need to know, what matters to them and what you want them to do next.
I have used webpages like these myself to promote properties, present experience, communicate information and create opportunities.
That practical experience is behind the way I approach Affordable Sales Webpages.
The technology is relatively simple.
The important part is knowing how to use it properly.
