Hello, I’m Steve Reynolds.
For most of my working life I have been involved in managing businesses, solving problems, improving communication, and helping people navigate situations that can sometimes feel confusing, stressful, or overwhelming.
Over the years I have owned businesses, managed residential communities, worked as a relief manager, consulted with management rights operators, developed educational resources, and built communication systems designed to keep people informed, connected, and working together more effectively.
Residential Managers Support was created to bring together the knowledge, experience, and lessons learned from those real-world experiences.
Whether you’re a Residential Manager, Committee Member, Body Corporate stakeholder, business owner, or someone simply looking for practical guidance, my goal is to provide information, communication systems, and digital tools that help make life and business a little easier.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief:

When people understand the facts, communicate respectfully, and have access to reliable information, conflicts are reduced, decisions become easier, and stronger relationships can develop.
That philosophy led to the creation of the Queensland Community Living Handbook and continues to guide every resource, service, and project developed through Residential Managers Support.

Officially launched our services, providing resources and tools to empower residential managers and promote peaceful community living.
