Guidance, Clarity & Support for Residential Managers
ABOUT STEVE REYNOLDS
Real Experience From Inside the Industry
My name is Steve Reynolds, and I have spent more than a decade working within Queensland’s management rights, strata, and community-living environment.
During that time, I have experienced the industry from a number of different perspectives — as an onsite owner, relief manager, consultant, and adviser — and have worked across more than 40 Queensland buildings, ranging from approximately 20 to 326 units.
I obtained my Queensland Full Real Estate Licence in July 2012 and have continued to build my knowledge through professional experience and technical education. My relief management work through A1 On-site Managers included recognition as Relief Manager of the Year 2021.
I am not interested in making things more complicated than they need to be. My aim is to share practical knowledge, education, communication ideas, and systems that help residential managers operate more confidently and effectively.
A Distinct & Valuable Technical Background
My professional background is a little different from the traditional path into management rights:
- Audio/Video Technician & Lecturer with Queensland University of Technology (QUT)
- Operated The TV Doctor in Brisbane
- Completed the Google IT Support Professional Certificate and online technical training
These experiences developed my interest in technology, troubleshooting, communication, and — importantly — explaining things to people in a way that makes sense.
That combination of hands-on property experience, communication skills, and technology knowledge is a significant part of what I bring to Residential Managers Support.
WHY WE EXIST
Helping Residential Managers Become More Capable and Confident
Being a residential manager involves much more than managing property. There are people to communicate with, problems to solve, information to find, processes to manage, and relationships to maintain. Sometimes the biggest challenge is simply knowing where to start.
Our goal is that a strong management operation should not depend entirely on one person having all the knowledge. By sharing knowledge and documenting processes, managers become capable, informed, and self-sufficient.

Because better communication creates better communities.
